Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as when they were received, including the original packaging. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if items are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse.

For cream sets, only one cream bag may be used or opened. Unfortunately, if more than one cream bag is used or opened, the return or exchange will not be accepted.

Time Frame: Customers must notify Decoden Cream of their intention to return or exchange an item within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective. Decoden Cream is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send an email notification to the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
